Pyramid for Startup: Conception (interviews, investment, design), development (project management, refinement), Launch (refinement, sales)
Pyramid for for profit GROWTH: Process -> Optimization -> Collaboration
Set Goal:
By October 18th, I will be confident in my framework, products, pricing strategy. I will know my ideal client, how to pitch, and where to find them. My website will be optimized as well.
By December, 2024, I want to have sold 5 LPs, 4 contracts, 1 retainer.

Realize this is a waiting season itself. While I think I know of a process (fundraising/growth), I don’t feel like it is necessarily the whole direction. Waiting and trusting. Learning about Logic Models. Watched Jim Rohn’s how to have your best year yet and realized im right where I need to be. Developing my health habits, mental habits, creating goals, how many books do I want to read, how many steps do I want in a day, creating a chores schedule, how do I create and keep rhythms in my life to build up - the preparation for the miracle. I create the foundation, God is the one to direct and lead me into what he has.
So far, I have the potential of Lior - Vigilist and potential of Trilith - Events process framework.
Feeling at peace. Fighting discouragement that I am not specialized in anything so there are people more qualified in all areas ie. fundraising, etc. But if God called me, He WILL Equip me to be the perfect person for what he has called me to. Beliving for bigger than regular consulting. Bigger than a “Niche”.
Friday Recap:
Met with Bethany yesterday. It was such a great meeting, she is intentional, driven, had a huge career pivot and is 4 years into her business. She is excellence. The wild thing is one of the things she said is that she doesn’t have as much time to work on her business. I asked her what that meant and a big part was process documentation (that is what I do!!). I sent her a thank you email the next morning also saying this is what I love to do and if she is interested in working together to let me know and I can share more about the process. We will see.
INSECURITY - rose up as I debated sending her a note saying I could help. I don’t want to be the person who has an ulterior motive for meeting with people. I want to be genuine. I just need to be better about saying it in the meeting itself.
